Growing up in small-town Midwest America, Lincoln was surrounded by corn fields, apple orchards, a main street with family stores, and street corners dotted with churches. After moving to Colorado, the setting of the mountain west captured his imagination and drove a passion for writing and photography that highlighted the horses, people, events, locations and settings (past and present) of the American West. Both the midwest and mountain west environments – and his beautiful wife – continue to color his writing and how he captures the world through the lens of his cameras.
